The kick-off meeting of the ALL4INCLUSION project was organised in Hannover, Germany on the 23rd – 24th January 2020. During the meeting, the main objectives of the project were analysed and the next steps were agreed. The coordinator and hosting organisation of this project is Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Universität Hannover (Germany), and the rest of the partners include A1 Community Works(UK), IDEC S.A. (GR), RUTIS – Rede de Universidades Seniores (Portugal), the International College Sp.zo.o (Poland) and Emphasys Centre (Cyprus).
The partnership strongly collaborated to meet the project objectives which refers to the development of aTOOL KIT with effective outreach strategies adopted in order to improve adult participation, promote the acquisition of key competences (literacy, financial, numeracy and digital competences) and enhance the quality of the opportunities provided by adult educators. The KIT will be accompanied with an interactive platform whereas innovative methods will be pilot-tested to encourage, support and motivate potential participants. The ultimate beneficiaries of this project are adults with a focus on long-term unemployed, seniors, adults with low digital skills, migrants with limited literacy skills and adults with health-related problems.
The consortium envisages that through strong collaboration, communication and teamwork, the project will be effectively implemented and the project objectives will be met. The kick off meeting involved a discussion and an in-depth analysis on the implementation of the intellectual outputs to be produced and the shared-responsibilities among the partners in regards to project implementation, quality control and dissemination of the project results.
